Shipping Policy

First Aid Direct offers FREE shipping on all orders totaling $200 or more, before taxes, to most urban areas within Canada.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to:

• Orders containing oversized or overweight items
• Items requiring a dangerous goods charge
• Items requiring heated service
• Orders destined for Vancouver Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, or rural/remote areas

Shipping fees for these exceptions will be calculated at checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping Fees (Orders under $200 before tax)

• Ontario (Urban Areas): $19.95 (+ tax)
• Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan (Urban Areas): $29.95 (+ tax)

The flat rate fee does not apply to orders containing oversized/overweight items, items requiring dangerous goods charges or heated services, or shipments to rural/remote areas as noted above. These fees will also be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 3 business days, depending on product availability and any lead times listed on individual product pages.

Rush Orders

If you need your order delivered within a specific time frame, please notify us prior to placing your order. You can include any time-sensitive requests in the checkout page under “Additional notes to First Aid Direct.”

• We will always do our best to accommodate delivery requests, but cannot guarantee delivery times
• We are not responsible for transit delays

Additional Shipping Notes

• We do not ship to PO Boxes
• All orders are shipped via ground service or the most cost-effective method as determined by First Aid Direct
• Shipping rates are subject to change without notice
• Please ensure all shipping addresses are accurate. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees will apply
