If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or replacement by notifying us within 15 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Refunds for shipped items ordered through Firstaiddirect.ca will include shipping and handling fees only if the product was damaged upon arrival and needs to be replaced.
  • For refunds requested for any other reason:
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs
    • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for any return.
